How a call with us usually goes
First, you do most of the talking. Maybe the tap water smells like chlorine, glasses come out of the dishwasher spotted, a filter is overdue, or you simply want to know what is in your water. When the picture is still unclear, we often point you toward water testing first, so you never pay for a system your water does not need.
If equipment does make sense, we split the conversation in two: what it costs to buy and what it costs to keep running. Cartridge life, membrane replacement, salt for a softener and how often each needs attention matter as much as the price on day one. When a visit to your home in Irving or a nearby town like Coppell or Grand Prairie is the sensible next step, we pick a time that works for you.
Helpful to have ready before you call
- What has changed at the tap or around the house, for example an odd smell, rust-colored marks on fixtures or a drop in pressure, and roughly when you first spotted it.
- The brand or model number of any filter, softener or reverse osmosis unit already installed, along with the last time it got new cartridges or a service visit.
- Where the main water line enters your home, perhaps a garage wall or utility closet, and how much open space there is under the kitchen sink.
- Copies of any earlier water test results, even old ones, so we know what has already been checked.

Talk it through before you spend anything
A short conversation is often enough to rule options in or out. We will explain what each choice costs over the years, not just on day one.
